Do international buyers need to pay customs & duties?Updated a month ago
If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes set by your country’s government. These fees are not set by us and can vary depending on the value of your order and the rules in your country.
If you're in the UK, good news! Duties and taxes are often calculated and pre-paid at checkout, so there won't be any surprise fees when your order arrives.
For all other countries, any applicable duties or import taxes are typically paid directly to your local customs office or delivery carrier when your package arrives. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for specific info if you're unsure.
While we know customs fees can be frustrating, many of our international customers tell us the quality and uniqueness of our handmade products make it totally worth it. 🌍✨ And with worldwide shipping and hundreds of happy buyers across the globe, you’re in good company!
