My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated a month ago

We know how frustrating it can be when a package says it’s been delivered but hasn’t shown up yet — don’t worry, this happens from time to time and usually gets resolved quickly!

Here are a few steps to help track it down:

1. Check around your home or building. Carriers often leave packages in hidden spots for security — try looking near doors, behind planters, or even in your mailbox.
2. Ask neighbors or building management. Sometimes a helpful neighbor or front desk picks it up for safekeeping.
3. Double-check your shipping address. You can find it in your order confirmation email to make sure everything was entered correctly.

📦 Still no luck? Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “Delivered” a little early — in most cases, they arrive within the next 1–2 days.

If your package hasn’t shown up after that, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first — they’ll have the most accurate tracking info.
