How do I add a note to my order?Updated a month ago

Need to leave us a special instruction or request? No problem — you can easily add a note to your order before checking out.

Here’s how to add a note to your order:

1. Add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart.
2. When the cart drawer slides open on the right side of the screen, scroll to the bottom.
3. You’ll see a field labeled “Order Note” or “Add a note to your order.”
4. Click that, and type your message in the box — whether it’s a packing request, or anything else you’d like us to know.
5. Proceed to checkout as usual. Your note will be attached to your order and seen by our team when we pack it!

If you’ve already placed your order and forgot to leave a note, just email us right away at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships!
